Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Dorrigo Memorial RSL Club Co-op Ltd will be held at 9.00am Saturday 28 May 2022 in the club premises, 2 Hickory Street, Dorrigo NSW 2453 (Ph 6657 2294).

To enable considered answers to be given to any questions regarding the Financial Report, Accountants Report, Directors Report or general questions, members are requested to submit these questions in writing to the Board no later than 5pm on Friday 20 May 2022. This request is not intended to prevent members from asking questions at the meeting, but it may not be possible to answer these questions at the meeting.

The 2021 Financial Report can be accessed via the website www.dorrigorsl.com.au or paper copies will be available at the club.

Members considering nominating for a position of Director are required to complete a Director Nomination Form and Summary of Qualifications. Director nominations close at 5pm on Friday 20 May 2022. Members are asked to attend early and present their current RSL Club Membership Card to facilitate registering their attendance on the day. The meeting will start at 9.00am sharp. The AGM will be a closed meeting and will be held in the club's main lounge area. The club will open for business after the meeting is closed.

– 3PM SUNDAY at GLENREAGH HALL.
